Each professional track - BusinessGrades®, ManagerGrades™ and OfficeGrades™ - has two levels. The tracks are presented and facilitated by Certified Trainers.

Because of the focus on trends and cutting edge concepts, Level Two attendees can come every year to the BBTC and get fresh information and tools every time!

These professional designations are the "gold standard" in today's children's activity center industry. Please click on the medallions below for an overview of the content.
Level One covers the fundamental success principles of being an owner or director.

In each Professional Designation Track, the format is composed of eight (8), 1.5 hour sessions over 2 days (6 hours per day):

  • Overview of the section areas to be covered.  
  • Self-rating of current status in the specific areas of the section.
  • Worksheets that bring the concepts into application - concrete action steps for your business. 
  • Facilitated discussions.
  • Summary of the learnings.
