Q: Who attends the BBTC?
A:
The BBTC attracts participants from around the globe. Whether you're an
experienced business owner, new owner, administrator, front office or program
manager you'll find information that will support your career and increase your
value to your business. Attendees come from a wide range of organizations and
educational institutions, including gymnastics, dance, martial arts, cheer
gyms, schools for performing arts, and youth education centers.
Q: What are the conference dates?
A: The 2012 Spring BBTC
conference sessions will take place on Monday May 7 and Tuesday May 8th, from
8:00am – 5:00pm. The Lucky 777 Social Tournament will be held on Monday May 7th
from 7:30-10:00pm in Egyptian Ballroom H. Add on Industry Workshops be held on
Wednesday May 9th from 8:00am – 3:00pm.
Q: Where is the conference located?
A: All Sessions, Social Events, Prize Drawings and
Industry Workshops are located inside the Luxor Hotel Conference Center inside
the hotel. The conference center entrance is located on the casino level
directly opposite the entrance to the Luxor Spa and Fitness Center. Luxor Hotel

Q. Where should I stay?
A. The recommended conference
hotel is the Luxor Hotel and Casino. The BBTC in Las Vegas does not block
rooms, therefore there is no code for hotel reservations. You will always
receive best rates through online booking at www.luxor.com. The Luxor frequently offers special room
discounts. After booking, check back occasionally to see whether current
specials are lower than your booked rates. Many excellent hotels are within
walking distance of the Luxor conference center. Visit www.lasvegastourism.com. The Luxor
conference hotel and meeting rooms are in full compliance with the Americans
with Disabilities Act. For persons requiring special assistance, please contact

Q: Who sponsors the conference?
A: The 2012 BBTC Legacy
Sponsors include Snyder Insurance, Process Pink Payments, Jackrabbit

Q: What is the recommended attire?
A: Conference dress is casual.
We recommend you dress comfortably with layered clothing. Meeting rooms in
hotels can become very chilly. Please bring a heavy sweater or jacket.
Q: I'm bringing my spouse. What can he/she attend?
A:
Spouses are welcome to attend the Lucky 777 Social Tournament at no cost only.
Babies and children are never allowed during any BBTC sessions, breakfast,
breaks or the Lucky 777 Poker Tournament. Thank you for your consideration of
all attendees!
Q:
Will the speakers provide handouts during the sessions?
A: In respect for global energy conservation, the
BBTC is paperless although some speakers may provide complementary single page
handouts on-site. We will provide links to presentations via our online
sharefile site.

Where and when will future Business Brain Trust Conferences be held?
A:
Fall BBTC 2012 will be held from Oct 21-22 at the Luxor Hotel and Casino in Las
Vegas. Dates and locations for 2013 are to be determined.
Q: Does my registration include a media release?
A: Yes, we often use photographs, testimonials and videos of our attendees in our promotional materials. By virtue of your attendance, you automatically agree to usage of your likeness in such materials, provided that they are in good taste.
